This page was a loose sheet of paper that I have found in the Thairis files.
Since it is clearly a setup for starting a newsletter, I have added it to
the Dragons Tale files, as the roots for the Dragons Tale.
I have no indication from when this leaflet dates. I have assumed it dates
from a relative short time before the oldest newsletter that I have, so I have
dated it to be 'winter 79-80'.
