A Masquerade Balldutch languaged event announcement

24-26 September 2010

We, the Shire of Polderslot, want to invite you all to come and join us by celebrating the end of the summer.

And what better way then celebrate this with a day filled with dancing, fighting and being creative. And to make it even more a celebration we will end the day with a Masquerade Ball.

Therefore we would ask you to bring your finest garbs. During the day there will be a workshop how to make leather masks and you will be able to create your own mask for the ball. Furthermore there will be lessons in Italian dancing so we can all dance at the ball. For the fighters there will be a tournement where the best figther can win a nice mask.

The event will include breakfast (Sat and Sun), Saturday lunch and feast and on Friday evening there will be hot soup and some bread.

There are bunk beds, but bring your own sheets, pillowcases and sleeping bags. If all beds are taken there is also crash space. The site opens Friday 24th September at 6.00 pm and closes Sunday 26th September noon.

From Eindhoven: at the end of the exit turn right and follow this road to the right (Floralaan) (so don't follow the N279). Take the first road to the right (Nobisweg). At the T-section go again to the right (Marialaan). This road goes under the highway. After the highway turn left (Kranenvenweg). Follow this road for 2.1 km and take the (third) road to the right. This is the Oostappensedijk and the site is just at the corner. There is a big sign.
